I checked out Penthouse Spa in Ekkamai some time ago. Just sharing my experience from that visit, this isn't a full review since I didn't commit that night due to other plans.
The place is quite a distance from any BTS or MRT station, so taxi is probably your best bet to get there - that's what I did.
The Setup
Standard setup for places like this - you enter, mamasan brings out the lineup. The lobby where you see the ladies has a premium feel to it. When I was there at about 11pm, they had about 5-6 girls available. The selection was solid. All quite young, and 2-3 immediately caught my attention.
Pricing
This isn't a budget option. Full service pricing ranges from ฿3,300 to ฿6,000 depending on the lady and length of time.
My Take
From what I saw during my brief visit, Penthouse Spa seems promising. The lineup quality was good, the setup was professional. The pricing puts it in the premium category, but if the service matches the presentation, it could be worth it.
Another thing that stood out about this place was the Google reviews - they were mostly in Thai, which tells me this place is popular with locals rather than being a tourist trap. Even the mamasan spoke to me in Thai initially.
It's definitely moved up my list of places to try properly when I have a full evening free.
